01 May New contract renewal guidance – Workforce deployment software contracts
We were very pleased to see the new guidance published by the NHS Improvement who are working to assist trusts to standardise contracts entered into with workforce management suppliers and the services they provide. In their Provider Bulletin: 27 March 2019 they have advised trusts not to enter into any supplier contracts longer than two years.
