How to use the Accessibility features on the Softworks Mobile App

We are continually working to improve the accessibility of the Softworks mobile application (“softworks self-service app”) so that our customers, including those with disabilities, can more easily and fully experience all of the innovative products, tools and services that Softworks offer.

Softworks are always trying to improve the experience for all users and is continually improving through our review phase whilst working with ialabs.ie
The website is currently partially compliant with accessibility standards.
The mobile app is currently not compliant with accessibility standards and we are currently developing to resolve this.

How to browse Softworks using accessibility features on a desktop computer

Use the screen magnifier and large font support that are built into your browsers: « Ctrl/Cmd » and « + » / « Ctrl/Cmd » and « – » / « Ctrl/Cmd » and «0 »

Customize your reading experience: On your internet browser window, activate the reader view directly from the address bar. Reader view is accessible via the dedicated icon in the search bar and compatible with Firefox, Safari, Opera and Edge browsers. To access it, press F9 or Ctrl + Shift + R.

Use the keyboard navigation: Use the tab and arrow keys on the keyboard to scroll up and down the page and to access any specific link.

To enable accessibility features on Android:

  • Open the Settings application on your device.
  • Tap Accessibility, and then tap Accessibility Menu.
  • Turn on the Accessibility Menu Shortcut.
  • To accept the permissions, tap OK.

To enable accessibility features on iOS:

  • Open the Settings app on your device.
  • Go to settings, then Accessibility.
  • Choose the accessibility features you want to enable from the categories provided (vision, physical and motor, hearing, general).
