Softworks Users Care Queries

If you are currently using Softworks Solutions/Mobile app and you have forgotten your login details/password or require training on how to use the system, please contact the Softworks system administrator in your organisation or your HR Department and they will be able to help you.

Softworks Care department does not have access to your personal data and therefore can’t reset your password or change your login details.

All Softworks Administrators have access to the Softworks Customer area and Knowledge Base (SiD). From here you can get instant answers to your questions and access training videos and webinars.
