If you are currently using Softworks Solutions/Mobile app and you have forgotten your login details/password or require training on how to use the system, please contact the Softworks system administrator in your organisation or your HR Department and they will be able to help you.

Softworks support department do not have access to your personal data and therefore can’t reset your password or change your login details.
